Web ApplicationYale Locks wanted to create an online shoping hub called Yale2You, and asked us to make the best experience for shopping. Yale2You offers the best experience for browsing a local hardware store or big box establishment.
Overview
Yale is one of the oldest international brands in the world. Probably the best-known name in the locking industry. The world’s favorite lock group since 1843. Acquired by ASSA ABLOY in 2000. Split into three divisions; APAC, Americas, EMEA. Residential and commercial applications. ASSA ABLOY operated on SEK 40 billion with over 42,000 employees.
Our Challenge
We created an online e-commerce experience for Yale Locks’ Residential line. While an e-commerce platform had not been determined at that time, Yale Locks desired to move forward with discovery, analysis and envisioning to create a look and feel for an online interactive experience that provides Yale Residential hardware customers a similar browsing experience as they might have in their local hardware store.

Product Organizer or Home Configurator is a modern and intuitive way to assemble and test the locks online. The challenge was - how to provide a friendly way to survey the house while systematically gathering all the necessary details and options? The user will assemble and purchase a list of products for their project.
